Transcript Requests will only be accepted during the following office hours:
TUESDAYS from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

TRANSCRIPT PROCEDURES & FEES FOR 2011-12Seniors must submit Transcript Request Forms and Recommendation Requests according to the following deadlines:

*College Application Deadlines outside of this list require at least 30 days to process.
**Please allow FIVE school days for Scholarship Transcript Requests.
Transcript Fees:
The first three College Transcripts and the first three Scholarship Transcripts are free. For every transcript after three in each category, there is a $5 charge per transcript payable in advance. Transcripts will NOT be sent until the fee is paid.
Scholarship Transcripts:Students are highly encouraged to look at the scholarship application requirements to determine whether or not an official transcript is required. In cases where an unofficial transcript is acceptable, there is no fee required.
What about my test scores?
It is the student’s responsibility to have all test scores sent directly to each college. SATs can be sent via www.collegeboard.com and ACTs can be sent via www.actstudent.org.
What about letters of recommendation?

If you need a counselor recommendation, the Student/Parent Input for Counselor Recommendation Packet was due to counselors on September 15, 2011. Late packets are being accepted; it is critical to submit this information ASAP to allow your counselor time to write the best recommendation on your behalf. This form is available electronically through your Family Connection account (accessible via Blackboard at http://fcps.blackboard.com) under the “Document Library”.

If you need a teacher recommendation, you should check with him/her for separate requirements.
