Course Description
This two-year program explores careers in the hospitality and travel industry. Instruction at regional luxury hotels enables students to become familiar with marketing, sales and convention services, front office, accounting, human resources, and food and beverage operations. Students study specialty restaurants, event planning and catering services. Students develop and analyze a business plan, demonstrate effective supervisory and presentation skills. Students may enroll in the course in conjunction with Marketing Cooperative Experience (Co-Op).
