Chantilly Academy provides students with unique advantages while preparing for colleges and careers.
The Chantilly Academy Advantage chart augments course descriptions to enrich understanding of Chantilly Academy programs.

The unique educational opportunities offered at Chantilly Academy launch students on successful careers with transferable educational and life skills.  The Academy’s dynamic learning environment provides specialized career-oriented electives in Engineering & Scientific Technology, Health and Human Services, Marketing, and Trade & Industry.  1200 students attend Chantilly Academy’s 20 programs from 19 FCPS high schools.  Impeccable student support is provided by skilled faculty, resource teachers, administration, and a career experience specialist.  Top-notch programs may lead directly to careers or part-time employment while attending post-secondary education.  Over 80% of our graduates attend college or other post-secondary education.  In 2008 Academy students received over 2.1 million dollars in scholarships.  Partnerships exist with local businesses and post secondary educational institutions.  Students may gain professional experience, internships, verified credits, Career & Technical Education Diploma Seal, industry certifications, or licensure.  Classroom based entrepreneurial businesses provide services to our school community and the general public.  Collaboration with NOVA and George Mason University provides the opportunity to gain college credits in some programs.  Academy students have succeeded in many regional, state and national competitions.  Organizations include Skills USA, HOSA, First Robotics, FCCLA, IEEE and DECA.*
