Centreville High School has four main sub schools. Students are assigned a counselor and sub school by their last names.

The Chesapeake (last names Leb-Rio) sub school and the Commonwealth (last names Fb-Lea) sub school are located on the 2nd floor.
The Blue Ridge (last names A-Fa) sub school and the Dominion (last names Rip-Z) sub school are located on the 3rd floor.
