To enroll a new student at Centreville High School  please call Karen Clifton, the school registrar at 703-802-5422 or email her at Karen.Clifton@fcps.edu to setup an appointment. For setting up the appointment a phone call is the preferred method. The parent/guardian of the student must be the ones making the appointment. For the registration appointment itself, the student and at least one parent/guardian must be present.

Registering a student to Fairfax County involves the completion of a number of forms which can be downloaded from the Fairfax County web site. These include Although their are numerous forms, the page is set up in a bundle so that if you enter a field on one form, it automatically appears in the same field for all of the other forms, thus saving quite a bit of time. 2. Immunization Record
3. Social Security Number
4. Proof of residency – lease or contract to home
5. Final report card or transcript (either official or unofficial)
6. Current course grades (if student is transferring in the middle of the academic year)

Students interested in athletics are required to submit a completed Virginia High School League (VHSL) athletic physical form. Download this form. (This is a VHSL form, which is not available on the FCPS site.) The VHSL does not accept camp physical forms, the Commonwealth of Virginia School Health Entrance Form or any other physical forms. The physical must be completed by your doctor on or after May 1 for the upcoming school year and you must be submit it to the activities office before the first day of tryouts for the corresponding sport.
