Information

Film Studies is designed to introduce students to the media of film as an art form. Students participate in the analysis of films, and acquire a working vocabulary of terms that describe the film industry and the analysis of films. Students will participate in interpersonal and group activities that develop firm concepts of genre. Students will keep a film log that will trace the history of film in America, from its inception through today.
