Administrative Duties and Responsibilities

As principal, Mr. Campbell has the overall responsibility for the supervision and management of all school operations. His primary focus is the supervision and the implementation of instruction as outlined in the Fairfax County Public Schools Program of Studies (POS) and the Virginia Standards of Quality and Learning.

The principal is responsible for implementations of the regulations set forth by the Fairfax County School Board, for the performance evaluation of all educational and support personnel, and oversees all aspects of the school’s budget. To facilitate instruction the principal is responsible for staff development, the School Plan that incorporates and relates county and school-wide priorities for implementation each year.

The principal also communicates with the community through the school’s Parent Teacher Student Association.
