Centreville High School's Communication, Achievement, Teamwork, Success (CATS) Time provides a daily block of time for students to improve their academic achievements. They can meet with their teacher(s) to receive extra help if they are struggling in a particular subject, or to make up missed classwork/homework. This block of time is also used by students to review for tests, meet with study groups, or perform research on school projects. It serves as a great opportunity to get ahead in class or get some homework done. Students are allowed to choose where to spend their CATS time based upon their own individual needs or priorities. Location choices include the Media Center, computer lab, a specific teacher’s classroomor the cafeteria. CATS Time is held every morning between first and second block.
