Parent Resources

It is our belief that by working together as a team with parents we can best

address students' needs. We are here to support parents with their questions

and concerns about their children, and have some helpful resources to share as well.

What does the counseling program provide for parents?

A positive relationship between school and home fosters the academic, social, and emotional growth of children.

Counselors invite parents to meet with them concerning their child.

Inform parents of situations or behaviors that may harm their child or harm others

Obtain parental consent before proceeding with on-going counseling.

Offer parenting support

Conduct workshops of interest to parents

Provide referral information about community resources

Protect the privacy of information shared by parents and students
