The staff at Camelot is dedicated to fostering respect for individual differences, communicating high expectations, and helping students develop positive personal qualities. The staff and students at Camelot are strongly supported by the community, parents, and an actively involved PTA. Camelot's staff is committed to providing a strong educational program in a safe environment. Each student at Camelot is given the opportunity to learn through a variety of teaching strategies in a culturally rich and educationally stimulating environment. The Camelot general education program provides opportunities to integrate students from our special education classes. Students in our special education programs are offered opportunities to participate with general education students in a variety of academic and non-academic experiences. All Camelot students also have opportunities to expand their experiences in the areas of technology and the arts. By encouraging multicultural sharing, promoting and expanding technology advances, and keeping at the forefront of current learning and teaching theories, Camelot is proud to continue its tradition of academic excellence.

Camelot provides special instructional programs for hearing impaired, LD, and English as a second language students. The student population is diverse, representing many nations and cultures. This diversity offers many opportunities to learn about and appreciate different cultures. A School-Age Child Care program is located at Camelot.
