Bush Hill Elementary is a Cluster V school in the Edison High School pyramid; students attend Twain Middle School. Since its opening in 1954, Bush Hill has been among the smaller of FCPS's elementary schools; current enrollment is approximately 470 students. Bush Hill was most recently renovated in 2000 and is a state-of-the-art facility, incorporating technology equipped classrooms and library, computer lab, music & art rooms, gym and therapy rooms. Parent volunteers and the PTA are both very active at Bush Hill, providing tremendous support for educational activities and other aspects of school life.
