The Bull Run-Network Resources relationship has included the following programs: E-mail Buddies, Web Club, Super Citizens, Students as Resources for Technology (S.T.A.R.T.) and the Bull Run Web Challenge.  Our goal is to broaden and foster the understanding of computer technology by demonstrating to the students that technology can be both fun AND educational!
