From DC:
Take I 395 South, Exit 3A Duke Street East. Go through 1st stop light, take right exit up ramp just past stop light. At top of ramp take a left at light. Take first left into mall parking area. Follow signs for second level parking. LCA is located between the Macy's and Lord & Taylor entrances.

From Springfield:
Take I 395 North, Exit 3A Duke Street East. Go through 1st stop light, take right exit up ramp just past stop light. At top of ramp take a left at light. Take first left into mall parking area. Follow signs for second level parking. LCA is located between the Macy's and Lord & Taylor entrances.

From Fairfax and points west:
Take I 66 East to I 495 towards Springfield / Richmond, go about 7 miles. Take I 395 North Exit 3A Duke Street East. Go through 1st stop light, take right exit up ramp. From Maryland / W. W. Bridge / I 95 North:
