Leadership is an important part of membership in the National Honor Society. Student leaders are those who are resourceful, good problem solvers, promoters of school activities, idea-contributors, dependable, and persons who exemplify positive attitudes about life. Leadrship experiences can be drawn from school or community activity while working with or for others. NHS members must submit a completed leadership verification sheet that demonstrates his/her leadershop role. Please download the appropriate format, open it and fill in your name and leadership plan. Then, print it out and get it signed by your supervisor.

 

Due date for this form is anytime before the April Meeting (the meeting will be the last day it will be accepted without penalty).
