Our Culinary Program Design

Our culinary program is dedicated to teaching the job skills required for young people today and the classic cooking techniques that will enable them to decipher recipes and create masterpieces from the classics. We love supporting the core subjects such as Math, History, Science, Social Studies, Economics and English. Math is fun when you are dealing in ratio's and get to eat the end product. History and science are engaging when you incorporate them into the recipe and know the why behind the dish. Good writing skills are very important when you would like to manage a business or make a proposal to own one.

 

What We Do

We serve a three course lunch at the Bistro on most Thursday's and look forward to your coming. The students prepare, serve and treat you to a meal as fine as one you would have at any high end dining establishment. We also cater for the public, not only do you help your student you receive fine quality servers and food at reasonable prices.

 

Help Wanted

If any of you have a special dish that you would like our students to learn to make and serve, please call so we can discuss the menu and create a date to do this.

 

Also wanted, if you have free time one time a week and would like to help with some typing and ordering, we have a volunteer position for you. We pay well in treats and thanks.
