3-D Media Focus

 

Grade: 10-12 Pre-requisite: Art 1 or Sophomore Standing Credit: 1

Students use basic technique to become proficient in the technical aspects of 3-dimensional design. The study of a brief chronological history of sculptural developments as well as new directions in 3-dimensional materials and architectural forms are included to provide a broad overview of this technical and artistic field. Students will work with a wide variety of materials emphasizing design skills and quality craftsmanship. Selected student artwork from the class.
